i was able, thru their program, to finish osha 30 in 22 hours. But they locked the final test until I reread 8 hours more of any subject, thus wasting my time. If its needs to be 30 hrs, then make the whole thing last that long. I will never recommend this to anyone.

This was too basic and Information everyone already knows it would’ve been nice to actually learn something that maybe isn’t in the news every day

I have been using this website for years, and have sent numerous employees to this site to receive training, but I will no longer be doing so. I had technical difficulties w/ the site and asked for a refund. I was told because it had been 3 days they would not refund me. The course had not been taken, and was still not opened. Why would you not refund a loyal customer $16? Terrible business practice. You just lost 30-40 course purchases a year. I'll be using another site from now on.

Waste of time. I finished the whole course easily in 22 hours..... meaning i had to spend 8 more hours refreshing that bs course. Totally a waste of money. Either should be cheaper, or more informative.

I purchased the managers food certification course on July 10th. Within an hour I was on the phone with customer support. You can not use mobile devices to take this course. Customer support was good,except one girl who kept talking...never listened and just kept asking the same questions over and over.At this point I requested a refund. A manager called me back and wanted to credit me towards other courses...I told him no a few times, he then told me I needed to send an email to them and someone would contact me in 24-48 hours...It’s the 15th and still no call. I just called customer support... he told me you only have 72hrs to request a refund. I tell him I did on Friday. He tells me to send another email and it can take 5-10 days to get my refund, but since I am past my 72hrs it’s unsure if I’ll get one. I’d go with someone else if you need your managers food certification
